2005 Cadillac STS Commercial (Party's Over)

I'm sorry I do not have, nor can I find, the new Cadillac STS commercial.

My girlfriend and my jaw's just dropped though. It was soo clever!

Brief synopsis:

Starts of in an elegant ballroom. 4-5 black 5-series Bimmers and E-Class Benz' are driving around simulating dancing. Then the ballroom door pops open and a silver STS appears. It takes off through the middle of the ballroom, then chases the Bimmers' and Benz' away. It does a nice 360 and lights up the rear tires. As it does this, it creates a wind which when it pans out blows out candles on a cake. Then as the STS sits caddy cornered

, the announcer goes:

"Party's Over"

I thought it was VERY clever. Great marketing Cadillac

As long as Cadillac keeps using Led Zeppelin music in their videos, I will enjoy them!

Great ad! Unfortunantly though I wasn't thrilled with the car. It looks better in pictures than in person, and the interior materials are still semi-cheap looking with some odd looking grains, thin carpet, stitching kind of awkward.. Better, but its not going to get anyone out of a BMW, Mercedes, or Lexus yet.

i saw that commercial. quite unique, and it makes you wonder how they did it. i just wonder how long more they'll be using the same led zepplin song, i think it's been two years now. talk about milking the commercial license for its worth.

Anyone know the specs of 2006 STS-V?

I'm with you MattZ28.

The CTS-V's place a permanent grin on your face. Take one for a test spin (but the dealers won't let you take it out alone!).

Maybe I'm being biased since I own a CTS.

I think they have 2 versions of this commercial.
One version actually states a challenge. "Let's Dance"!

I also like the way this commercial's tongue-in-cheek statement about snobbiness of these makes by showing them at a Ball.

I doubt I would buy one over my LS400.

LOL Think about how long GM used Bob Seger's "Like A Rock" for their truck commercials.

Cadillacs don't impress me at all. I don't mean to start a war with Cadillac lovers but the interiors are still using cheap plastic and for the price tag I would rather be in a Toyota or Acura.
