Good Grease For Door Jams?

hi all,
i've got my car looking good these days
theres just one more thing i want to do to it.
and thats the door jams.
wanted to know what is a good grease to lube the door jams with after i've cleaned them up.
thanks for any input.

I like CRC stuff....here is one product I would use.

I've used "Lithium Grease" (Autozone / Pepboys)with sucess, no silicone, non-greasy and won't stain.

Maybe I use the lithium too. I don't remember now.
