Horrible start to a Friday

Get on the freeway and get stuck in traffic. I figure I will wait it out since they are doing construction on that stretch of I-30 (between Dallas and Fort Worth) and that in a mile or so, we'd merge from 3 to 2 lanes and the traffic would move again.

WRONG!

Yes, traffic was going to merge from 3 lanes to 2, but that was 6 miles up ahead and there was an accident at the merge, probably because some a$$ raced up in the left lane and tried to cut other cars off trying to get over at the last minute. I find out about the accident on the radio after I pass the last convienent exit that would have taken me completely around the mess.

Anyway, I sat in this for 45 minutes.

I had to go in for oral surgery... I'm still feeling like crap!

At least he used a big hammer to knock me out!

Damn I hate when tools like that race around just to save several seconds. See it too often here with these riced out cars!

If I drive the SC430, I get the same tools looking to run me.. I just laugh and wave then off, then catch up with them later at the light or exit. Like they saved so much time! What's worse is some poor ******* is going to get creamed because of these tools!

Don't ya just love traffic jams like that?
