A Truck Load of New GTO's !!!

I ordered mine about a month ago and I was told that they would start delivery in mid-December....

These pics were taken in Pennsylvania last Friday!

For those who may not know, the GTO will be Pontiac's new Muscle Car for 2004.

2-door, rear-wheel-drive, Corvette (LS1) Drivetrane, 350 horsepower. 0-60 in 5.5 seconds.

Bad Boy.

You can also checkout this website: 2004 GTO

Nice to see Pontiacs without body cladding. Oh yeah, 350hp and RWD is nice, too.

My pictures are showing up all over the place. Not to burst your bubble, but the top four pictures are pictures my friend took in Illinois last week and I am hosting them on my sight for him. The truck was on Interstate 80 heading east in Illinois. Where did you read they were taken in Pennsylvania?

I agree. I would be really interested in this car if they took some of the styling of the older GTOs and added it to the new line. Nice car, though, and good luck.

Worst mistake GM could have made is reviving the GTO name. It seems like a kick *** car but will never do justice to the GTO name. GM has a thing for killing popular nameplates. Remeber the 442 and the Hurst/Olds? And yes,....... I do have a vested interest.

I think it looks good, particularly the interior. The problem with retro cars (New Beetle, Thunderbird, MINI, etc.) is that they're hard to update stylewise.

The GTO is a rebadged GM Holden Monaro developed and built in Australia. Have a look here:http://www.holden.com.au/www-holden/...y?vehicleid=12

http://www.holden.com.au/www-holden/...d=5&catid=1004

HSV also make a modified version: http://www.hsv.com.au/main.html (look under Coupe)
