That's horrible. Just really, really horrible. I am certainly glad to hear that you are ok but the idiot and the jump to blame the guy in the rear puts you in a bad spot.  I suppose there are no witnesses or cameras that could prove your case?
Luckily you were in such a high quality car that you could walk away from it. Many people couldn't say that.
