Question what brand of gasoline do u use?

When I bought my new Accord 2 years ago, many at dealership told me to only use Amoco or Chevron gasoline, as it was cleaner and "better" for Honda's. I blew them off and bought whatever was cheapest..........recently my gas pedal started sticking, so I took the car into the dealership. They fixed the problem, but suggested I use the "proper" gasoline so the pedal would not stick again.

I have heard for years that Amoco was the best gasoline available, and worth the extra 3 to 6 cents extra a gallon. Any opinions on this??????

I personally prefer shell or sunoco, shell for their midgrade gas and sunoco because they're the only place I've found with 94 octane premium.

Hey, some people like Coke, some like Pepsi, right? I work in advertising and marketing, so I am part of the problem.

But I hate to break it to you: gasoline is gasoline is gasoline. I know many executives in the industry in marketing, so trust me. Yes, higher octane is better for high-compression engines, but that's about it.

Research indicates that over 90% of gasoline purchasers are loyal to one station: the one most convenient to them.

RIDE ON!

I use Mobil super unleaded, this seems to burn the best in my Jetta. When I had a cavalier it was what ever was the cheapest or the I nearest to when the gauage read empty. When I had a caprice, I used Mobil, because anything else and the car pinged.
I have few choice in my area, Mobil, Sunoco, Coastal, and Hess.

I don't believe there are any Sunoco's here in Eastern Missouri....otherwise the Bimmer would be getting 94

I guess I use Exxon, 7-11, Mobil, whatever is closest when I need to fill up.......I agree that Gas usually is Gas, but I had always heard some places water their gas down....don't know how true it is....maybe just an old wives tale. Rock on...........
