this is my "happy birthday to you" thread for my 1998 Chevy Blazer..... one year ago today I purchased and took delivery of the vehicle. I've been overall happy with it, even though several times I've wished I hadn't bought it because of minor service issues that are big annoyances. But hey, so far, so decent.

actually since the weather here is quite nasty, and the oil isn't due for a change until mid january, I got it a new set of wipers (2 up front and 1 in back), and got the tires rotated since they were due.

My car will be 13 in January. Hard to believe it is that old. I've had it now for 7 years. It's been pretty dependable, but I am probably going to get something new or newer this summer. By then I will have more than 250,000 miles on my Accord. Never got it a birthday present though, unless the engine mods count.

Nice, my dad has the exact same suv, except different rims. He doesn't care too much about it in the paint area, so it doesn't shine like your's does (but it could if he actually spent a day detailing it...lazy bum)
