She is lucky. I am wondering why she was standing so close to the machines to get her scarf caught. Kinda sounds like she wasn't paying 100% attention to where she was walking.

she is lucky, good thing that guy had a pocket knife and knew cpr, a lot of people these days don't know how to do it.
