Torn on colors, for an '09 LCI BMW E90 328i/335i

I'm planning on buying a new BMW 3-series sedan next spring/summer. It will be either a 328i or a 335i (RWD, 6MT). New for '09 is a mid-model facelift (aka LCI - Life Cycle Improvement, or something-rather) on the sedan.

There are a dozen exterior color choices available, but I have it narrowed down to four:

Crimson Red - bright red (non-metallic).

Barbera Red - burgandy/wine color, metallic.

Space Gray - new on the sedan, replaces Sparkling Graphite (which is no longer available unfortunately).

Bluewater Metallic - new color for the 3-series in '09, replaces Atlantic(Arctic?) Blue I think. Looks like silver with a hint of blue.

(I've eliminated the other 8 choices for a variety of reasons: Don't want another black car, don't like white, silver too common, etc.).

Any comments on these colors? Thanks.

Here is Crimson Red (pre-facelift, pic borrowed from E90post.com):

Here is Barbera Red (before the facelift though, pic borrowed from E90post):

Here is Space Grey (pic borrowed from E90post.com):

Here's Bluewater (from E90post.com):

Barbera Red or Space Grey. I don't think the Crimson Red goes well on that body, and I see Bluewater all the time. Too "me too."

Really? On the new 3 sedan? Or are you seeing that color on other body styles? It's a *new* color for the E90 for 2009.

But it may have been available previously on the E92 coupes (not sure), the E46s, the 1-series and other BMW models.

I just feel like I've seen that color or a similar color to it on way too many cars. Not necessarily on a BMW. Although I seem to remember seeing it on a bimmer.

I know what you mean. That color, as well as silvers and greys are very common and run the risk of boring me over time.

I do like Monaco Blue, however it's very similar to the Majestic Blue of my wife's Altima. I don't think I'd want two sedans of essentially the same color parked side by side in my garage.

This is an absolute no brainer. Get the burgundy with the wheels pictured on the grey one.
That deep wine color looks very elegant.

It seems like we are always on the same wave length. I like the space gray also.

If I select a 335i with the sport pkg, those are the wheels I'd get with the car.

I like 'em too. They shouldn't be too hard to clean.
