Yeah, that *is* very important and you're right about it being hard to find guys like that these days.

..Interesting comments about finding a "real keeper" - you hit the nail on the head, that's what I'm looking for. I don't think the S5 is it. The jag on the other hand? I'm afraid it may be a keeper. I know this is the car I should go with, but I'm fighting it...
Eh, by the time you make up your mind you oughta be pretty certain that you're doing the right thing. Sometimes you just have to really explore all your options before you know that you had it right in the beginning after all.

While I don't mind doing the disposable-vehicle thing (sheesh, I've owned a million of 'em ), finding something you simply *love* for years/decades on end is *really* satisfying.

I dunno...I too find them just oh-so-seductive but who knows if we'd really like *owning* one Seems like it oughta be "just like the best Jag, only even better!" huh? But IMO you wouldn't really know until you'd lived with it for a while.

Re: torn on cars

Believe it or not - I think I've found something that really "speaks" to me. No, no, not Kit.

Cross your fingers, to update later. Problem is, I just paid taxes, had to put away $ for retirement, need to buy a home.. and now car. Yikes

What is it? That was a brutal tease.

The S5 is a sexy sexy car.
