While the car itself will be/is incredible having vehicle #001, being the only one in lemans blue with signed sketch by Lutz and Nesbitt, the vehicle itself being signed and the trip to the ***'y plant... well worth it!! It will pay for itself and then some in a few short years

For 1,000,000 I would rather have an Enzo or a McLaren F1.
Anybody thinking this is a good investment is wrong.

You are right. He should have bought an Enzo, then driven to the closest orphanage and done a wicked burnout out front, then flipped the bird as he drove off. Investing in charity is for chumps... |

Do you not think it will be? There's a good chance it will be the highest performing Corvette for many years, not unlike the big blocks and LT1's and such before fuel economy and emissions regs strangled the industry.
I certainly think/hope it will not be the end of performance though, as the regs in the 70's were not. It took a long time to recover, but performance came back with a vengeance. The idea of buying a 620hp Chevy, can you imagine that? |
