Noobish question, and one of my elusive holy grails of detailing my cars, HOW do you effectively clean really dirty wheel wells? Like for cars with those black plastic fender liners that have years of dirt and sandblasting effect, how do you get them looking really again? (ie. more specifics on tools & technique?)
Thanks!
