Been to a car wash once and I was pissed at the job they did so I made them wash it again.....got it home and wanted to kick myself because my interior smelled like a mildew rag and I could see the dirty towel scratches in the paint. NEVER AGAIN!. The only thing I have not gotten into is the ONR. I take care of my cars at home and have pleanty of room and do warm water washes. good write up.

I washed and waxed a brand new black escalade and it took almost 4 hours. I have never spent that much time on a wash and wax. The lady is VERY miticulous and its pretty big.
I used ONR once and it took forever. I guess thats why you say it will take some getting used to. I would like to just use ONR but I have to practice. If I would have done that suv in less than an hour I would have had time for an exterior detail, that had to get pushed to tuesday. Anyway great write up. thanks

I've recently begun using ONR but had not really found a wash medium I was crazy about. I picked up a chenille wash pad today based on your post. I'll give it a shot tomorrow.
