2007 Santa Fe

I pulled the trigger traded in a 2000 Merc. Mt'eer for a '07 Hyundai Santa Fe.
Very nice vehilce, lots of extra stuff and priced right. But that's another story.
I just finished claying, and one application of AIO. Next the other half of the twin.
The paint, is a white pearl which is metallic. I don't have any experience with white metallic paint. Is there anything I should be aware of??
Also, would you recommend 303 for the dash. It's looks like a different kind of material than what was on the Merc. and my Miata.
Thanks for any hints..
Nick

Yes... The Santa Fe is new. Drove it off the deal's lot with less than 50 miles on the clock.
I gave the paint the plastic bag test and I wasn't at all smooth.
After the clay job it was as smooth as a babies ****.
