Where to buy products question

Greetings, I am fairly new to this forum but have read many helpful posts. With all of the waxes, sealants, pads etc mentioned in these posts is it possible to buy these in a regular store? I like going into a store and picking up a product reading the contents and directions and then making a decision if I would like to buy it or not. Are the online sites the only places that you could have all these products in one place?

Re: Where to buy products question

Most of the products people use here aren't found in the stores (Optimum, Menzerna, etc.) Over here it isn't anyway. However most OTC stuff like Meguiars and Mothers shouldn't be to hard to find.

Re: Where to buy products question

Some products like
Collinite
303 Aerospace and Duragloss can be found at retail stores.
Depending on where you live, you may be close to one of the online retailers that carry a wider selection of products.
Some offer walkin discounts.

Duragloss is semi-OTC, it's supposed to be available at Carquest and NAPA but oftentimes it's not. Good stuff if you can find it though.

Re: Where to buy products question

Most of the products talked about here are not available over the counter at your local parts store. A lot of the products you will see discussed here are considered "Boutique" products.
