need a good scratch remover

the single stage paint on my gn has some scratches on the roof. thanks to the stupid mechanic who probably placed his work paper book on top and decided to slide it off the roof

Need a good scratch remover. I've heard or Meguiars Scratch X and Eagle one scratch remover. Any other ones that are better?

If you can feel the scratch with your fingernail, no scratch remover is going to help, you need paint. If that's not the case, either of those products you mentioned are easy to use by hand and offer good results.
