DK, I am not sure, but I believe I see a speck of dust in that forward cup holder underneath that little lip. Using the front of the car as North, it would be about the NW portion.
Let's see in a word: excellent!
I broke out the Z today, man o man! Busting at the seams to put some thoughts down!!!!!

Great interior shots, DK. Makes me feel guilty that I didn't touch mine this weekend!

Hey DK how do u like the leatherette sport seats? Do they feel like vinyl or are they fairly leather like? Is leather worth the 1500.

Love the ETTE...
The reason why I didn't get leather in the BMW was because of its poor quality in the 3 series. Granted not everyone takes care of their leather seats, the demos and slightly used 3-series that I test drove had leather that looked terrible. It does not wear well at all. Maybe someone that has it can tell you more about it.
The ette, looks and feels like leather....everyone is fooled. It is not as soft but it will look the same for years and years. Black is the best color to get with the ETTE. Tan is ok, but borderline, "cheap" looking in my opinion.
I would save the 1500 and go for heated seats, xeon lights, and clears.....instead!

DK, what options do you have besides sport package?
Was it hard to install clears? Do you have the taillights done?
I start to really like that color and the leatherette fooled me

well DK, you got me jealous. Im checkin out a 3 series (2002) this weekend. Jet black with sport package, moonroof, and xenons. I can't afford all the other options (leather, power seats, etc.) oh well...
edit: I just found out it doesnt come with the armrest . Driving stick without the armrest in boston traffic will kill me. I hate looking for new cars, so many choices, so many prices !!!:scared

Al, after looking at various bimmer pictures, especially DK's, new car list shrinks to just one: BMW
If I could only afford M3...

F1.......
Thanks!
To answer your questions.....
I have sport package, premium package, CD, and Harmon Kardon stereo upgrade as options.......
Clears were a must and are very easy to install. Took me 10 minutes to do the front and side markers! I have the rears and will be installing them soon......just have not had the time.
I also have titanium headlight trim like the 330i's have, but am debating whether or not i like black or or not........
As for steel grey....it takes a bit of work to get it to shine, but once finished it looks AWESOME!
