QD soften run channel seal?

Has anyone ever experienced QD softening the run channel? Sometimes now when rolling the glass up the glass is not staying inside the channel and forming a seal.

I'd doubt that. I would check to see that there isn't any play in the window regulator.

I've seen this sort of thing, yes. Usually it was the result of the surfaces no longer being able to slide across one other. They would be catching instead, and rolling the rubber as a result.
