Where to buy clay bars without the lubricants/kit?

Is there such a company that sells clay bars without having to buy the lubricants or kit? I like Mother's clay, but the kit includes their QD and carnuba wax which I don't need. Clay Magic also sells their clay in a kit, but I think that the kit just adds to the price of the clay. I'm somewhat leaning towards Pinnacle Clay, but they only sell 2oz bars.

Try auto paint supply shops. They tend to have just the clays with out the QD but they cost more than the mothers...go figure????

Mothers sells 3 of their clay bars for something like $2X but you would have to pay shipping on it.

Clay magic clay is often sold without the lubricant for about $26 for a 200gm bar, check local paint supply / detail shops.

Same with Eagle One clay.

Funny you should ask this question. I had been searching around town for clay magic, and couldn't find it anywhere until I tried a Finish Masters paint store. They stocked the Claymagic blue and red bars, without the lube.

I am a happy camper, they even had my Meguiars SoftBuff foam pads, so I don't have to mail order as many supplies now.

laynlow,
How much did the Clay Magic bars cost you at the paint store?

Both CMA & Griot's sell the clay as a separate item.

$24 - $26 bucks. I don't have the invoice in front of me. It came in a nice plastic case for storage. I don't know if the general store varieties are packaged that way. It is a good size bar, perhaps double the size of the mothers. I didn't look at the weight yet...

I was really impressed because my local Finish Masters can get me any Meguiars or 3M product in about 2 hours if it isn't in the store. Very good service...
