Big Blue Drying Towel?

I just received my Big Blue Drying Towel and I have a couple of questions.
a) the only packaging on it says Pinnacle and no mention of Big Blue Drying Towel. Did I get the right product or a substitute?
b) no instructions; should I wash first before using it?
Thanks in advance, Bill

Bill I wash all my MFs before using...It ensure myself that any loose lint is washed away and any chemicals from manufacturing are also washed away.

The Big Blue has a waffle weave from the reviews I read by FLoni.

69-912,

I have both... the Water Bandit does not compare. The BBT is a killer product. I dry my whole car with a single towel, no wringing.

Thumbs up

Sweet! I'm going to have to pick one up. I'm tired of these darn water trails this Absorber is leaving.

I was using the Water Bandit until I got Big Blue. They are both good products and will do a great job, but Big Blue is faster and easier to use. I haven't even looked at my Bandit since getting Big Blue.... I follow use with either a MF or a Charisma hand towel.

I'm a newbie here, but I just used a Big Blue towel yesterday. I'm always skeptical over such products and claims. I have been using Canon/Fieldcrest Charisma Select towels for the past year or so. Still a great cotton towel, but I can not see going back to them for drying again. BB's really do seem to work as claimed and they appear to leave no scratches behind. No double wiping and any traces of water that is left behind is so fine it evaporates almost instantly. Works for me!

Hate to be an echo, but I'm another Big Blue convert; I haven't had a desire to pull out the Water Bandit since the BB arrived. I purchased another with the last CMA discount (got a two-pack this time, split the order with my gf's bro-in-law).

Go BBT!

My BBT should be here in a day or three, along with my PC pad kit from CMA. Can't wait to dry the vette with my new toy!
