MAN! I've been reading this site more and more lately. Everytime I have a question about anything that as to do with detailing, I just do a quick search and the answer is there. There is almost no reason to start new threads! Almost all of them should be stickied and this whole site should be shut down and archived. I'm convinced that no new information can surface.

I agree that this site is a great resource - I managed to go almost 3 years before I ever posted a thread because the archive is so useful. Thanks to everyone that contributes.

to the above posters for doing searches/etc. to take advantage of the info already available.

And FWIW, I lurked around for a long time before ever posting myself. Got the lay of the land that way and usually found what I needed anyhow.

yeah, I still do more lurking than posting, this truly is one of those sites where a lot about the topis is pretty much covered. Theres been times I've hated it, I would come up with a questiom or be wandering about something, and think, "surely theres not a post about this anywhere." And i would look froward to posibly startinga new thread, only to get bummed after finding one somewhere. LOL

Oh, I gotta believe that there is always new information that can surface. There are always new products being introduced, and I'm sure that many of the talented people who hang out here get their hands on them, try them out, and report back.

What has amazed me is the large number of members who truly do awe-inspiring work. Some of the "pros" here do work that I just shake my head at. Their customers are lucky to have them around.
