Wheel shop to polish my aluminum wheels?

I live in MD and am looking for a place to polish my wheels. They look ok, but ok is just not good enough. There is a place around here called wheel worx that did them originally but I had to go back 3 times because they were not acceptable. Basically there's still allot to be desired about them, but I did not want to return a 4th time. (If you want to here the horror story send me a e-mail) I'm looking to get all the coating off them and have them polished to a high shine. I'm not sure what’s on them. I've tried 2 different clear coat removers but there's still something coating them??? The top surface is perfect but the inner sides have a coating on them and the look is dull. I've spent hours on just one wheel and the results are far from what I'm looking for. Unless someone has a success story on this list I've just decided to pay.
