Need advice or guide - Detailing black car

I have a 2005 SAAB - BLack with slightly less than showroom condition paint
HAs swirl marks and scratches from snow brush

I have completed
CLAY BAR
HT-61 Light cut leveller with Yellow pad with PC set on 4
- removed most of the Swirl marks but some too deep but looks good now
- There are specs of matt black spots (specks the size of a 0.5mm pencil tip) on the trunk and i cant get them off even with localized rubbing using MF and HT-61. I am not sure what to do with these ANY SUGGESTIONS ?? it feels smooth and looks like under the clear coat.

Im getting ready to DAWN wash the car. The car was detailed by a shop (poor quality job and left residues)last week. Even after i HT-61 with yellow pads there are still very faint dull haze of the old wax. where there is no wax its deep black.

My next steps are
DAWN wash and dry
P21s Gloss enhancing Polish with White pad on PC setting 3-4
P21s Wax with Gray pad on pc setting 3-4 and hand wipe with MF

QUESTIONS :
1. What do i do with the black specks ?
2. Do I wait after P21s GEP before i can wax the car or should i doit ASAP (in garage)?
3. Is there any additional step i should add so I can enhance the DEEP black lustre ??
