OCW over Z2 pro plus

Ok so I just got a chance to try out a couple new additons. First up:

Poor Boy's SSS car wash. The stuff definitely produces some suds. I don't know how many ounces I used, but I doubt it was even 1. Plenty of suds for the entire car wash. The soap seemed to be mild in comparison to the Zaino Z7 that I have been using. Had to "scrub" a little more than usual. Definitely a good purchase.

This was all tested on my wife's car which is an 03' Acura RSX Silver. The car has one coat of Z2 on it, and I plan to strip everything down before winter and put two coats of Z2 Pro on. Didn't have the Z2 pro 3-4 months ago when I did her car.

Second up:
OCW - After washing the wife's car with the PB SSS I dried it off with my pakshak WW and then proceeded to spray on 1/2 the hood with OCW. Went on very easy, wiped off just as easily. For comparison I then sprayed the other 1/2 of the hood with some Z6 to restore the slickness lost from the last two washes.

I called my wife outside who came out after much pressure!!! Not being very into it she said the right side looked better which was the OCW side. I tried explaing to her the different look and feel, but she didn't care. Oh why oh why do I even bother with her car!

Now my $.02. The OCW side was slightly slicker to me, but I think a better comparison would've been with the Z8 on the other side. Now for the looks. I think the Z6'ed side was brighter and the OCW was slightly more "muted". I thought the OCW side looked wetter and the Z6'ed side slightly clearer on the reflection. Once again my $.02. Now I have to wait for some rain or for me to spray the car down to compare the beading. So far I like the OCW. Silver is such a hard color to judge on so I may have to try a buddies black car.

Third up: Optimum clay bar. Well I didn't get a chance to use it, but I will when I strip everything down in the coming weeks to redo the Acura. I will let everyone know how it compares to my Zaino clay.
