Pads & Bonnets

I have plenty of the following:

Orange pad (70ppi pre-polymer foam)
Yellow pad (60ppi polyurethane foam)
Black pad (80ppi polyurethan foam)
White pad (unsure, i got them from here: http://www.topoftheline.com/lake-cou...sher-pads.html )
Orange microfiber polishing bonnets
White microfiber buffing bonnets

What applications would each item be best used with (scratch/heavy swirls, light swirls, surface prep and cleaning, sealing, polishing, waxing, application of product, removal of product, etc)? Are the polishing bonnets to soft to use with any abrasive compounds and I should just use the pads? If so, when would a polishing bonnet be good to use? Also, would the buffing bonnets be good to use with product application or just removal?

kiaser- I only use bonnets to remove product, but some people use them to apply some things too.

Pads in order of aggressiveness, most cut to last cut: yellow, orange, white, black.

Yellow- agressive paint correction with harsh products
Orange- similar to but milder than yellow, can be used with most abrasives
White- mild polishing pads, for light work and final passes after using yellow or orange
Black- glazes and Last Step Products

The above should be basically the same as the product info at TOL.
