The sealants I use for wheels are OTC: Mothers Clear Coat Wheel Polish and Collinite Insulator Wax

I totally agree with you on the strenght factor of the P21S. However, with the helping hand of a sponge it really changes the color of the rim. I purchased some Meguiar's NXT wheel cleaning product which was pretty acidic, and my wheels looked very shadowy. I thought it was just the fact that the wheels were aging and slowly changing color.

I then purchased a refill for my P21S, and the wheels came back to life. Sparkling white almost. Granted they are new wheels, and simply spraying the P21S and hosing it off does not do the trick. A sponge is a wonderful thing

The reason I use this product is because it's one of the least abrasive wheel cleaning products out there, and that's my main concern. I cleaned a set of old Chevy Malibu wheels recently with the P21S, and although it did a nice job, it probably still could've used a nice Mothers Billet polishing to get all the embedded dirt out of there.

One more thing - no pressure washer here. Just straight hose.

Yeah, upon more use of the S100 (same as P21S), I've come to not mind the stuff. It doesn't touch S+R for production work, but its all that my own car is gonna see (just got done taking out years of alkaline damage with English Custom Polishes)
