Looking for a good detail/paintless dent repair shop in west LA.

Happy days, everyone. How's it going? I'm looking for a reasonably priced shop to fix a quarter panel dent. One PDR guy already said he couldn't do it (because of the location of the dent), but I'd like to get a second opinion.

I went to one detail shop here in LA and they estimated $500 to repair and repaint. I think I can do better than that, pricewise. Plus, the pillars between my front and rear door panels need to be re-clearcoated (is that even a word?). For that, $200. I'm really getting into self-detailing, so I'm wondering how easy it is to apply clearcoat myself and save the 200 bucks.

Any suggestions or helpful advice? Btw, thanks for all of the great insight you guys always provide when we ask questions here!

oh, one other thing: I'm interested in getting CLEAR yellow foglights for my car (to match the HIDs). Someone on another forum advised me to just tint the lenses with yellow wrap. Has anyone ever done that before?
