Carpet cleaning question!

How do you get those nice vacuum "lines" that I usually see on many cars after they are detailed? I have the Metropolitan Vac'N'Blo, maybe there is an attatchment to use to actually create this effect on the carpet or is there some sort of technique to do this?

a picture of what I am talking about is located in this post...take a look at the carpets beautifully cleaned by 01bluecls (notice the "lines" in the carpet)

Those are just made with passes of the vacuum attachment. One side is going up and the adjacent line is going down.

I just zig zag the end of the vaccuum while the carpet is a little wet still from the cleaning. Its pretty easy to do.
