Always clay before Klasse Twins??

Hey all,

Quite a few months ago I used the klasse twins with great results after claying. My car has been outside since then, and I would am planning to use the twins this week to get the car ready for summer.

Would it be advisable to clay before klasse? Last time I used clay on the car was around 5 months ago.

Also, is it okay to let SG cure in the sun? I can apply it early in the morning when it is cool, but I do not have any cover for the car later in the day.

Thanks.

MM

Do the old finger test. If the paint is not smooth as glass, then you need to clay again.

Clay if the paint needs it, after washing it put your hand in a sandwich bag and rub your finger along the paint. If the surface feels rough then clay bar. As far as using in the sun I'm not sure I would just wake up early and beat the sun.

so its considered bad then to let your car stay in the sun with the SG stuff? I dont have a garage so is it best to put it on in the shade at the car wash and then take it off is that ok?
