how much sealant you guys put in..?

Hi guys,

I know some of you guys put like 2-3x coat of sealant. Say, if I put like 2x of these KSG and do the LSP(Nattys). Okay that's fine, now say 8 weeks passed. How can I add more sealant into it? Do I need to repolish entire car over again? Or can I keep add sealant on top of wax(maybe not huh?)

thanks

Adding a wax on top of SG will force you back to AIO to strip the wax, which will also strip the SG you already have on it. SG will only bond to itself, AIO, UPP and Sonus Acrylic Spritz (there may be others, but I haven't heard/cannot remember 'em)

Lay down all the SG you want first BEFORE you wax.

No...once you put the wax over the sealant, you can't put another layer of sealant over the wax. I tried this twice - once with EX-P over Paste Glaz, and once with UPP over #16. Both times, it was obvious that something didn't go well. The finish was not slick at all after just a couple days, the shine was sterile...
Stay away from applying sealants over waxes.
