What to use to polish billet aluminum?

Here's my dilemma:

I own a Harley-Davidson V-Rod. The wheels are solid discs, and are aluminum. They have very small circular grooves the entire diameter of the wheel that give them a unique look. My bike has only got a hair over 2000 miles on it, and the wheels are already stained, and look as if they are in a stage of pre-corrosion. There are lots of really small white blotches across the wheel. This is a known problem in the V-Rod community.

I have tried this metal polish called White Diamond, but it did not get rid of all of the spots. I am going to try Mothers Billet Polish tomorrow and see if I have any better luck with it. I was wondering if any of you knew of any really good, safe metal polishes that will polish out these stubborn stains?

Here is a picture of what the wheel looks like:

the blue one is for billets and it works great. this is good for protection and bringing out the shine adds a little wetness too.

TOL has these metal polishes

Or you can try mother billet polish.
