leather seats

please recommend product/products which will soften my leather seat on my 6-month old lexus. my wife unintentionally used a cleaner not recommended for leather and made my seats hard and discolored. i have used zaino cleaner and conditioner, it looks ok when wet, but the leather becomes hard when dry. am i asking too much to regain the original softness? please help!

Well, I haven't had to restore the seats on my LS400, but I use Pinnacle leather conditioner. Maybe Lexol's leather cleaner may have more luck than Zaino followed by a different conditioner.
