Removing and preventing scratches

Hello all, I was wondering if you could me out. Today I just applied zaino on my truck. When it was all done and finished, it appears I have some swirl marks and some pretty deep scratches that I didn't notice when I was washing my truck. I noticed it under florecent lighting, so that may be the issue. I currently used microfiber towels for the first time to remove the Z-5 residue and to apply Z-6 in between coats. I have applied 3 layers of Z-5 and will probably add 3 layers of Z-2.

What should I do to remove these scratches and what do you all do to prevent scratches. Currently I am doing this on an old truck, but would like to detail my new SUV soon, but don't want to have the same situation with scratches. Thanks in advance for your help.

Jeff
