I have cleaned mine with numerous things, Qtips, foam swabs, etc. I have settled on using the E-Z detail brush from top of the line. It worls like a charm.
As far as dressing it, I have been treating it like vinyl since day one. I usually use
meguiars #40 on it applied with a foam swab. 100,000+ miles later and it still looks fine.
If you are looking for something faster, but IMO a bit messier(is that a word) check an aerosol type protectant. I know that
meguiars has a new one called accent dressing and sprayway makes one called instant shine. Both will allow you to dress the areas faster, but be careful not get overspray on the paint.
