Abandon all hope. I was doing a group detail last Saturday, and getting my car perfect another guy started washing his and splashed water all over the hood.

I wasn't even mad. I didn't even bother drying it off. I just said, well, at least I got it waxed and polished, that's enough for me with the rain coming tomorrow anyway!

And if the rain doesn't mess things up enough it's the pollen now too.2 hrs after a wash and it's all green.

I keep my truck in the garage and still the pollen is brutal. It took me a week and 4 washings to finish waxing etc. Wax a panel, take care of the kids. Wash and wax another panel and it rains. Oh the joys of New England. Neighbors asked me why I was washing my truck before it rains. I only had the hood left to wax!!!!

the pollen doesn't seem as severe this year. Last year was insane. Maybe we haven't hit the peak yet.

Aren't we lucky to have both! Too bad the rain does't wash all the pollen off and leave the car nice and clean!!!!

I live in Brimfield and I have about 800 acres of forest around me as I ive on a mountain..and the pollen is unreal....

Between the night dew and the pollen..in the morning my truck is covered and stuck on like cement...maybe with the rains coming it will end pollen season and then stay nice for a few weeks... Then we can clean up the cars
