California Dry Blade vs. California Water Blade -- what's the difference?

I know the CWB has been discussed many times before, but I picked up the California Dry Blade at Walmart the other day, and I can't find it on this forum.

It's made by the same company, but it's a bit smaller (11" instead of 12") and has a smaller handle. Other than that, it should be the same, yet it's considerably cheaper (about 60% the cost). Has anybody used the Dry Blade? How does it compare to the Water Blade? Is it inferior? Thanks.

Same "T-Bar" technology as the big brother but in a smaller version. They did it to hit a lower price point.

I looked at them pretty hard and as far as I could tell they were pretty much the exact same thing, so I got the cheaper one.
