Exhaust on rear bumper

Hey guys on the back of my GSX my paint has alot of exhaust on it and it looks like crap. I AIO on it with no luck. I have a good feeling that it is brunt into the paint. Any ideas? sorry no pics.

How did you apply the AIO?

Try clay. If clay does not work move to something like DACP.

I used "pink stuff" then I washed with Gold Class and then I took the PC with a Yellow pad and AIO. I went from 3 all the way to 6 on the PC and it did take a lot out but on a Silver car its pretty bad. The car has alot of mods done to and and also runs rich so I dont think it will ever go away.
