I normally only use a wash mitt and soap also on the wheels.
But I go off road a lot and dirt and mud tend to get stuck in crevises in the wheels the mitts can't reach.
That's where the Eagle One Aluminum wash worked very well.

Thanks, I'll have to see if there is a Pep Boys by me.
I may also just try the Mothers alloy polish, or even the Griot's alloy polish.

I only live 20 minutes from Griot's, so if I don't like the polish, I can return it.

The results are in...

I had to pick up some Speed Shine and more BOS wax from Griot's in the beginning of the week, so I sprung for their wheel polish to give it a try.

OK, from the Armor All wheel cleaner I used which fubared my wheels, they have gone...
From this...
To this...

I give the Griot's Aluminum Polish a two up.

It may not be any better than the Eagle One Billet polish I ran out of, but there is way more of it, and should last until I'm ready for my coffin.
I hardly used any of it, it is a heavy suspended solution, and should go a long ways.

Like other Griot's products I use, this one is a keeper, and I'll be reaching for this jar the next time I polish my wheels again.
