Water powered hose reels

Need a new reel and saw at the Cheapo Depot one which has a water powered mechanism to rewind the hose, $80, any experience with this product?

So does this gadget really work ? I was looking at one at home depot, but ended up with a hand crank one. On the water powered one I didn't see any way to take up the hose manually in case of failure; low water pressure, etc..

I wanna see this thing! I would charge the neighborhood kids a buck a peice to watch it rewind!
