I was thinking of using an otc filler-heavy product then nitro sealing over it on my truck. Have any of you done this and do you think it will leave me with lasting results?

The truck is a 96 Sierra with original paint. The paints in great condition but I prefer not to deteriorate the clear coat with a full correction.

Also not sure what product to use. I was thinking Meg's ultimate compound since its filler heavy and I won't have to get extreme in the correcting to get great results.
