Cleaning Aftermarket Painted Rims

Hey guys, I have a nice set of aftermarket silver painted rims. They are aluminum, but they have silver paint and clear coat on them. I don't want to use a tradational wheel/tire cleaner because I'm afraid they would be too harsh. I don't know much about the products, but it seems like if they aren't safe for the body of your car, they wouldn't be safe for the rims. I know it's a different kind of paint, and it's powder coated, but I still don't want to mess up the these nice rims. In the same aspect, I need to find something that is strong enough to get rid of all the brake dust which can hurt the rims as well. If anyone could help me with this, I would appreciate it.

Well I just use zaino z-7 car wash. When I have heavy brake dust I either use Diluted Simple Green or Eagle One A2Z wheel cleaner.

Also this topic has been covered a few times more indepth. May I suggest you use the excellent search option. Good luck!
