IPA after every step?

Do you IPA wipe down after every polishing step? say you were going to polish, then switch to a different cut, would you IPA between them? Or do you get all your polishing done and then do your wipe down right before you do the LSP?

Thanks...

joe

Re: IPA after every step?

I wipedown before each step to ensure the desired results were met. However, it won't make the next step more or less effective.

I was the exact same way until I encountered a) filling issues with Menzerna 106FF, and b) residual oils with M205. Those are the exceptions to the rule for me.

Generally, I only use IPA/PrepWash wipes after M205.

No, I've never had marring unexpetedly "come back" because I didn't wipe, except for that 106FF situation. My wiping after M205 is more a case of not liking how the oils look under my SunGun (and sometimes under other conditions too) than anything else.
