Removing rust/hard water stains from paint/wheels

I have a BMW 330ci that sat for a period of time too close to the sprinklers.

We're on well water with an insanely high iron content and the sprinkler system pumps right out of the well untreated.

So now there is heavy water/rust staining on the front clip, bumper, and 1 wheel.

Around the house we use Super Iron Out, which I know is way too harsh for paint but we also use another product in a spray bottle for clothes and things like that but I'm hesistant to do it.

Most of the iron removal products are some kind of chemical that reacts and turns the iron into something magnesium based that washes away.

What is my best option here?

thanks
