I have a uniform scrap on my bumper, where it seems that the clear was taken off and the base paint is now exposed. I was wonderinq if it can be polished to "gloss"? I have Ultimate Compound and ScratchX.
you might be able to make it better, its not going to look the same if you remove all of the clear and if its plastic, its harder to work with than metal panels.
