It is just like a high quality 16"x16" 80/20 microfiber towel but huge and really soft.

Premium Auto Care has offered to exchange the 'Big Blue' I purchased for the 'Waffle' towel if I like. They informed me they have switched manufacturers due to responses.

Bottom line - they stand behind their products.
