Newbie question re: Waxing

I have only waxed my black BMW twice, most recently about two weeks ago. I used Blitz wax the first time, then p21s this time (to avoid wax stains on black trim). Each time I've waxed I've also used 3M IHG first.

My questions:

I'm interested in waxing more often, but do I need to use a polish/glaze each time prior to waxing?

How soon would an additional coat of p21s be beneficial? Would I notice an appreciable difference if I waxed every two or four weeks? (without the polish/glaze)

Would a coat of Blitz over the p21s be stupid?

thanks in advance!

You do not need to use a polish/glaze and then a wax. Provided the car is clean you can just wax.

Every 4 weeks should be OK unless the ecar is very epxosed to the elements.

If the wax has no cleaners, no real benefit in doing mre than 2 coats - 24 hours apart to give first coat of wax time to cure.

Consecutive coats of wax don't add alot to the protection. The effect is more like creating an even layer of protection. So, not a bad thing but it's not like you get twice the protection as carnuaba can't be layered.

And, yes, Blitz over P21S is silly.
