    Hi all!

My DH & I detailed my dad's '95 Altima today -- it's a daily driver which resides outside. It has a number of dings that will need paint touch-up but he keeps it pretty clean. We decided that today was the day to see what we could do with it by way of adding some shine!!

We did a complete interior & exterior detail. Whew!! 5 1/2 hours later, we sat back, admired our work and ordered pizza!! (who wants to cook after all that work!!)

Our procedure for the exterior was:

    Dawn Wash
    Clay
    A little hand Scratch-X work
    DC CarCare Superglaze
    Mother's Carnauba Wax
Macquiar's Plastic Cleaner & Plastic Polish on lenses

We're still learning the PC and just didn't have time for it today.

But, as I said we all came away happy -- my favorite part is the difference in the passenger side headlight (see pics). Although still scuffed up, it looks 100% better!

Hopefully will be able to add a few more pics when my son downloads them for me.

So now for the pics -- first BEFORE!!

Couldn't see the pics. They all say invalid links.

Never mind. I guess I caught you while you were still uploaded. I see them now. Looks really good. You guys did a great job!

Hey, I thought your husband didn't like doing this kind of stuff! I guess you're starting to rub off on him, huh?

I know what you mean....I have personally converted a couple of people who used to drive their cars around and never wash it. Now their detailing arsenal rivals mine, and we both just got PC's and will be ordering pads and stuff. We have been using just the pads that came with the PC and still getting amazing results.
