Pinnacle Finishing Polish

I'm looking at getting some Pinnacle Advanced Finishing Polish. Some of the other polishes I was looking at included a blurb on using a PC, but there was nothing about a PC for the above polish. Is a PC necessary for polishes? Down the road I'll probably get a PC, but for now my elbows work fine. Thanks.

a finishing polish will work better by hand then any kind of an abrasive. You can't do hardly any correction by hand, but a finishing polish should be fine with your hand. But deffinately get a PC sometime, so worth it!

Thanks. Neither of our cars or my bike need a lot of work, as far as swirls go. I am planning on getting a Porter Cable down the road.
