| 2008 Accord-First Rock Chip-Need Advice...
Hello, I just purchased a 2008 Honda Accord. After only 300 miles, I
caught a rock from a semi (see attached photos). I am interested in
having the Venture Shield installed. However, I am wondering if you
could answer a couple questions:
-Although this is a small chip, I believe it also left a minor
indentation in the metal as well. Based on it's location and size, is
it a candidate for the Paintless Dent Removal?
-Prior to installing the Venture Shield, would you recommend filling
in the chip with touch up paint? Is the OEM paint from the dealership
recommended?
-If I do nothing with the chip and apply the Venture Shield, would
that spot be a risk for rusting since you apply moisture under the film?
-If this were your personal vehicle, given the size of the chip, what
course of action would you take?
