I guess the 355 have a clear
(Is there clearcoat on a 355 - FerrariChat.com)

and it looks like the 308 are SS
(Ferrari 308 GTS...a true classic!)

The 308GTS will be single stage if it's OEM. I did a 1996 355 a few weeks ago and it was also single stage.

thanks guys... they look like SS but i guess that the spot test will show : )
The paint on some spots looks faded on both cars..if it is SS it can be repaired and if it is CC it will need respraying, isn't it?

It's pretty hard to say without seeing them in person. In most cases faded single stage is just oxidation, it normally cleans up well. It could still be paint failure of course, but at least on the '95 that is kind of unlikely. If they are cleared and you have faded/cracked paint it could be sanding marks, etc...but ya, usually it means clear failure.

I'm guessing both are single stage with some light oxidation.
